Seed Shipping Policies:
We ship all seeds USPS with a standard stamp and envelope at no extra charge. No tracking will be available on standard shipments.
We will only include tracking on orders $25 or more in total. Orders under $25 with requested tracking will be charged shipping fees.
For standard free shipments please allow 10-12 business days for delivery. If the order is not recieved in the listed time frame please email us. We will assist you to ensure you recieve your order.
Rabbit Manure Shipping Policies:
We ship all manure orders with UPSP ground services and provide tracking on each order. Shipping is inlcuded in all manure related products.
Please all 8 business days for delivery on all rabbit manure related orders. If you do not receive your order after 8 business dayts please email us.
Damaged Goods Upon Arrival:
If you recieved damaged goods. Please email us immediately once delivery is recieved. Please email a photo of the damaged package and products. We require a photo of damaged products for claims. This helps us file claims with the shipping company and do determine if the product is no longer usable. Providing us more information helps us better serve you.
