Directions:
- Plant in well draining soil with a pH of 6.5-7.5
- Plant seeds in ground late winter or early spring (after last frost is always safe) or start 4 weeks indoors before last front
- It helps to stratify seeds (cold treat) for 5 days before sowing. (Look up seed stratification - can be done in refrigerator or cold garage)
- Keep seeds moist while germinating
- Adding mulch around base of seedlings will help retain moisture
- You can deadhead to reduce spreading and to encourage potential new growth if early enough in the season
